Do I say: "Nokia welcomes you!"
or: "Nokia welcome you!"

Notice the difference between the use of the 's'.

that all depends on what your trying to achieve

If you represen Nokia then the first one.

If your welcoming Nokia the second with an apostraphy after Nokia although I'd go with welcome Nokia

I'd say 'welcomes'. Nokia, as a company, can be seen as an entity, rather than a group.

'Welcomes' because Nokia is singular.

In Brittain an organisation is considered plural,
in the US an organization is considered singular.

In your case it would be considered plural.
