Sounds like you are out of disk space. If not then you might have a corrupt page file. Clean up the garbage off your disk. Try reseting your page file if that does not work in the system tab in the control panel. Also, it never hurts to uninstall old/unused applications.

You will find this under the advanced > performance settings > Advanced Tab (again) > change (virtual memory) > no paging file > set > OK (OK until you are back to control panel). Restart your system. Delete your page file (that huge file in your root directory called pagefile.sys (you need to make sure you have unhidden your files and folders in the tools > folder options > view).

Last, go back to the system tab where you selected no page file and select system managed size and set.

There isn't enough space on your USB. Try:
1- Deleting some unneeded files
2- Try installing something that takes less space.
