Getting wet and sex are two different things. One is natural and the other is usually what you do wilfully. Sex precedes getting wet in most cases. Even if you dont follow your wet status with sex, it wont make any difference except probably some mental disappointment. There would be no physical disadvantage, and so dont worry.
Boys also get hard ons and wet dreams, and also masturbate. These things are natural processes and there is no health issue if you get wet and dont have sex thereafter.
