i will give you some kind of formula to work it out it has nothing do with whether its a 1.2l or a 2l engine nor does it matter whether its 8valve or 16valve all you need is the information on how many miles it does to a gallon then transfer that to litres for example: 40miles to the gallon would = 40miles to 4.5litres (1 gallon = 4.5litres) The formula would be 90p x 4.5litres = £4.05 divide by how many miles per 4.5litres which would be 40miles therefore you would do 40miles divide by £4.05 = 9.87p per mile it is very complex to explain and to understand but i have tried to put it as simple as i can

You should be getting at least 35 depending on how heavy your foot is and weather conditions also whether you are driving hwy or city
