First, you must be deemed to have an equivalent degree to the PharmD. Your program must last for at least 5 years.
If declared equivalent, then you can take the FPGEE, a very tough exam from what I hear. Also, you'll have to take TOEFL. Then you can do your internship hours, then sit for the NAPLEX, and finally, get your regular license. This is a process which will take several years.

You might have to take a test to show you know what you are doing. Sometimes a person from another country has to stand a bar exam to get a license to work in the US. Good luck.
