As a personal opinion, i dont believe Satan, is evil at all, he much like many other historical characters, have been portrayed as evil by a church and country leaders that refused to understand the pagan way of being.
Now as far as evil historical leaders go.....2,4,10,11, and 12.....
Current, I believe 3 and 7 to be the most dangerous men on the planet right now.......
Terrorists, rapists, peadophiles and criminals.....misguided fools led by the evils and circumstances of their times....(this description in no way excuses them or their behaviours, nor does it defend what they do or have done.)
As far as the rest of the people mentioned, victims of culture,religion and circumstance, (this decription doesnt excuse bad behaviour from these people either.)

In my opinion all of them have evil in them. I think that President Bush is the most evil though. He is killing his own people for his own needs. If we had a good president Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden would of never attacked America... Thats just my opinion though
