I asked a good biological question on how a woman can tell she reached orgasm. But my question was deleted. Why?

I dont know why they deleted your question but I can tell you the answer.
Every woman will feel different things when she climaxes.
I know of people who alsmost loose consciousness or feel 'out-of-body' experiences. These are the lucky ones.
Some women can physically ejaculate fluids when they climax, but this is less than 1 in 10 women.
For the most however it can be a warm fuzzy feeling that makes them tingle or throb either down below or all over. Some go dizzy and breath faster and some just feel completely relaxed and refreshed.
My advice would be to discover yourself. Only you can study the things you like and dislike. So get playing (alone) and see what happens.
But the most important thing is to relax and enjoy it or it just wont happen.
Then use the things you have learned to put into your love life with your partner.
P.s. Most women can only climax with their partners in certain positions,,,,, I have never managed it in any other position other than me on top!!!!
