I am just wondering if you could suggest me, if I have equal opportunities to work in California (Bay Area), Texas and New Jersey.... equal post & pay... which one I should prefer ?

depends, if you can deal with earth quakes go with cali, if you can deal with sweat drenching, melting oven temp heat during the summer then texas or congested hwys and paranoid people, but great pizza then go with jeresy. me personally id go with jeresy more things to do there and more places to visit. texas is just damn hot during the summer, i live in texas and it sucks egg to be here in the summer you dont' leave the house from june to september cause its 106 with out the humidity and 113 with and that is in the shade at night!!!!! your best best is east coast cheaper to live and lots to do :0)

Bay Area for is good for right now, but in 10 years it won't be good. The state of California is being overrun by illegal aliens. They will destroy the state. A report says they are linked to an increase in violent crime. Another report says over 65% percent are high school dropouts.
The fact is when they move to the places, the places turn into slums. Employers don't want their factories and business in slums.

I live and work in New Jersey and I would pick the Bay Area, just because I live and work in New Jersey. Best of luck.
