If a teacher was even to chuck a piece of chalk at a pupil (something common when I was at school, a simple way of getting you attenetion) then the teacher would be suspended, the school would be accused of breaching the little darlings human rights and messrs Sue, Grabbit and Runne would be wringing their hands in glee.
now imagine that same scenario multiplied by 30, and you have the situation if the teachers were coming to school 'tooled up'

No - but they should be given back the right to weild their slippers without fear of prosecution.
As a kid - this measure - as well as fear of having a bad record, my parents finding out and having to stand outside the headmaster's door for the duration of the lunch-break kept me on the straight and narrow!
Kids, thesedays, seem to be able to get away with murder. Literally. It makes me sick.

No, that's a little extreme, but bring back the spankings, they did that when I was in elementary, and it helped so much. Most of these little brats nowadays need that and their parents don't care enough to do it themselves.

Yes, that would be so cool. I was always a good girl in school and I hated noisy troublemakers, I would have LOVED to watch them getting zapped! Haha.
