I like Subway. I try to eat it as healthy as I can without compromising too much of the taste by just eliminating the cheese and mayo. The mayo is easy to leave out for me although I love it with turkey but the cheese sometimes is hard so most of the time I will say no cheese but sometimes especially on a Pastrami sandwich, I will say only one slice of swiss verus the normal 2 on a 6". If I am eating a footlong sub, then definately no cheese or mayo.
I have actually lost a little weight eating this versus all other fast food and I am able to get my share of some basic vegtables which is hard to get without eating a salad at the other fast food locations.

Oh I love Arby's, they have great Roast beef sandwiches, and you can't get a roast beef sandwiches at hardly any fast food places that I know if in South GA. Plus it's alot healthier than a hamburger. Also if you have ever vistied S. GA go to a "Larry's Giant Subs", they are awesome, they make a NY style sub, beats subway to a shame. I like subway, but Larry's is way better. I believe there are some Larry's in FL too, around the Jacksonville area.

Well, I prefer going to the "local joints" because my personal philosophy is, "whenever among the Romans, do it the Roman way."

So I go to the vegetarian place where people in the city where I live go. But now I'm in Hell, pop. 4,500 people. No vegetarian places to go to, and no daylight. It's a long, endless, cold night with only a few drunk truckers around.

So I'm staying in my apartment and cooking my own dinner. I'm not a bad cook. If I were back in civilization, I'd go to one of the Ree-Bars (Vancouver) or to the Bamboo Garden(Seattle) or Le Potager du Marais (Paris) or to the Mana (NYC).

It not basically relies upon at the position yet as well what u get (as an party a cheesburger and frech fries vs. a salad w/ out dressing). Subway is exceptionally solid compared to maximum quickly foodstuff eating places. once you're hectic about your abdomen being dissatisfied, i does not chance it at any quickly foodstuff position, maximum are very disgusting.

For those on the west coast, In and Out Burger is the best. Here in Florida, I'd say Wendy's. My son has done research on line and discovered that KFC is extremely abusive and inhumane to the chickens that they raise, so we boycott KFC.

I like Friendly's Restaurants. They have a good choice of meals. And when you're done eating, you get a free Sundae. They also have things to keep kids busy- a paper and crayons, and a game with pegs where you're only supposed to have 1 peg left. I took my granddaughters there (8 yrs. old) and they loved the game. I bought them one to take home on the way out.
