I think he just want to end the conversation. Do you have any hint on his facial expression or the tone of voice?
If anger he won't turn slowly at all.

It usually means that the other person considers that the conversation is coming to an end, or at least coming to a break. He's signalling that his attention is now moving elsewhere. Why he would be doing that could be for a lot of different reasons, of which you've cited just a few. For example, he could be bored with the conversation. Or he could be overwhelmed with it, and needs time to think. Or he's got his mind on other things. Or he's trying to think of something to say, many people need to look elsewhere in order to be able to do that. Etc. Turning away lilke that is frequently just a polite nonverbal way of saying, "Okay, I need a break now."

A whole lot of other information would have to factor into "slowly turning away". Slowly turning away on its own does not sound like anger to me, but more of confusion or possibly something left unsaid. It is a sign of hesitation and caution; maybe even expecting the other person to say more. Slowly turning away means that the person is not comfortable enough to continue the conversation or confront the other party.

They want to get away. They don't want to listen to what you have to say, for whatever reason, and they're just trying to give you the hint that they have something else they'd rather do or need to do. If it's work, for instance, some people just don't know how to stop talking and a person needs to get back to work. What your situation is depends on more factors. The conversation, the look on the face. Try to be more aware of your situation the next time.

Secrets. And judging my the size of the horn its a big secret. This means that the big secret you have, you must protect it. See, where this comes from is this. Unicorns symbolize secrets because no one ever sees them. Unicorns don't like to be seen, when people see them the Unicorn spears them with its horn. The misconception that they are beautiful peaceful creatures is because the people who live to tell about them were never spotted by the evil creature.

It could be that they had something pressing, but have no idea how to gracefully end conversations in such situations. Otherwise, I like the "bored" answers the others mentioned.

Sounds like they're frustrated and unhappy with what you've said. They want to end it before you say anything or anything more that could make them think less of you.
