I was watching the history channel earlier (Last days of planet earth) and Global warming was brought to my attention.

every country on the earth has agreed that Global warming is real and if we dont act NOW (as in this second) we could be too late to do ANYTHING about it, withen 50 years the greenland ice sheet "WILL" melt and the sea level WILL rise 20 ft (i know you are thinking big woop 20 ft isnt much, "well your wrong, because thats just the begining") after that the west atlanitic ice sheet WILL melt causing ANOTHER rise of 20 ft in the sea level, puting not only new york but London under water!!!!
and after all that fresh water goes into the oceans it will "STOP" the ocean current!!! stoping the ocean from bringing heat from the epauter to europe and the americas, sending the WORLD INTO ANOTHER ICE AGE, KILLING MOST EVERYONE!!!!!

Arctic will melt and and fresh water will spread. It will stop the current and cause Ice Age. Water will rise approximately 20 feet, killing people who didn't save them selves. Bigger storms will occur because of hotter temp.
Because of tech/fossil fuels, we have NEARLY destroyed THE source of it. And years from now ALL of it will be destroyed, including us.
We have started it, but we have the capacity to END it.
I think before we discover life from other planets....Earth would be destroyed.
Time ticking, humanity!!!

People have been shouting "Its the end of the world" since the first caveman spoke. The crazy thing is its no longer just religious zealots but scientests looking for fat research grants. Anyway I'm living in Iowa and would have no problem with a couple beach houses going under. In fact I'm going to go burn off some CO2 right now. I suggest you all do the same.

Plant a tree and then another treat it with care and plant more. Trees are carbon sinks. All burning of fossil fuels for plastics etc adds to global warming. Plant a tree

We can't stop the world from dying...only way is to preserve the nature and train people how to love nature than destroying it

all we can do is turn the lights off and fit energy efficeint bulbs and recycle it is up to the government to sort out those smoking factories, that is what is scary knowing there isnt much you can do but we can try !!!

ok first deep breath, hold 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 exhale. this isn't new info we've known this for 50 years. you'll probably be dead by the time it affects us, so while we do need to do all we possibly can to avert this you'll be fine. it's our childrens children we have to worry about. but Mother Earth is a tough old broad she has a few tricks up her sleeve yet to set it right, don't count her out.
