I played freelotto in sept.06 & winned three prizes in a day out of 41 coutries which is a recoird.But freelotto officials are not paying my prize when they accepted & congratulated me . They are showing as 18th jekpot winner to me intheir e mails.What to do?

You fell victim to yet another Internet scam. The problem is, freedom of speech tends to permit freedom for con artists to speak, too. You need to develop a high level BS filter. That is, every time you see something in the Internet, start with the assumption that it is false. Once you have already assumed it is false, read for evidence to the contrary. Be as hard to convince as a jury in a criminal trial, and remember that even if someone knows they could be prosecuted for criminal fraud, it's not that easy to catch him, so he's going to take the chance. A little like a drug pusher: you know it's illegal, but you figure that in as the cost of doing business.
Now, having put your high-gain BS filter in place, don't bother opening any bulk email. If it is something legitimate, you will go looking for them when you want them. You might go so far as to scan the names and titles, in case something you actually want has gotten put in the "bulk" folder by accident, but generally, there's nothing you want that is going to come to you in an email from someone you do not know. If it is legal and legitimate, they will put it in writing, certified mail.

Did you contact them by email and ask what is up?
You may want to contact a business lawyer and/or the better business bureau.
Also do a search online for internet fraud companies.
Make sure you DOCUMENT every piece of communication with them, print out all the emails you have listing you as a winner.
