It's most likely a scam. If such a thing did exist it will be officially publicized via Yahoo.com

It is a scam as I have received that more than once, linked to my 360 page. Went to the 360 page of the sending party, and it was very obviously not an official Yahoo site. Happened to me twice and each time I reported it to Yahoo as a user's abuse of the service and failure to follow the rules! I reported them in the category of "impersonation," I think....or somethink like that. Do not let this go without reporting it.
