there should be a serial number on the back of the watch. If you are in doubt the best idea is to take it to a jewellers, but beware if it isnt real some jewellers may confiscate the watch. good luck x

Only buy stuff from the proper outlet if you want it to be genuine. You will have to buy the current full whack, but at least you will get a receipt and know you have the genuine thing. If you got it off ebay or from somewhere other that the genuine outlet, or you got it cheap, it is probably a fake. They fake the boxes etc.

If its a high end Gucci (or any other high end piece) it should also have a serial number - contact a Gucci dealer and ask if its valid.

Best way would be to take it into a reputable jewellers and have it valued. If they tell you its worth only a few pounds then its not the genuine article. lol
