Nothing else is typically used with the cumberbun. If you have an ill fit and have no time to get it altered, do what you have to do to keep your pants on...for a little while that is! lol!

Suspenders.

The cummerbund takes the place of the belt.

I've never heard of wearing one with suspenders, but if you need them to hold up your pants, go ahead.
