Any of the Walking with the Dinosaurs series. Using CGI to present dinosaur natural history as a national geographic type nature documentary is about as innovative as it gets. Watching it you get the feeling not only that you are there, but also that the dinosaurs are still alive and thriving.

Mine is kind of corny I guess, but we just bought a house a few years ago, so I love to watch home decorating type shows. My favorite right now is Designed to Sell.
