takes he to dinner, invites her to amusment park,
( while me and my 13yr old son stay home). He tells her when were fighting,i found her old drivers licence in his wallet, found pictures of her on his phone(not her & the kids, just her), and the latest is he spent the whole weekend with her helping her move(he didnt even bother to come home until the 3rd day). She once told me she would never even consider getting back with him and i believe her (because of there bad brack up). He tells me he is not intrested in her, i say he's full of it and thinks he's still in love with her and regrets whatever it is he did to her. i'm tierd of looking like a idiot. He say's im crazy, and he'll never get back with her(yea, cause she wouldnt want him back) can anone please tell me what you think of this situation? Oh i forgot we never do anything anymore because i dont deserve it or i need to earn it. And helps her because"he like's to feel needed by her" HELP

As long as he is with you his wife will always be between the two of you and she likes it that way.The wife is getting the best of him and you are getting the left overs.Surely you see that and feel it,what does he have to do come out and tell you that he has been using you.I'm sorry but He is trying everything he can to get back with his wife and you are just someone who is taking care of him until he moves back in with her.This man you love has no respect for you or your feelings.I no your heart is aching for him .Don't let your son see this man make a fool out of his mother any longer it doesn't look good.You want your son to respect you not feel sorry for you so do the right thing here.Believe me I no how hard it is I have been through it myself with my husband of 18 years. Don't waste any more of your life with this guy, He is not going to change. When he went to spend the whole weekend with her. He would have came home and found me gone.
She may says she does not want him back. Then why does she spend all this time with him. I really don't think it because of the children. By the ages you gave they are not little. He is just using that as an excuse .Move on enjoy life it sounds like you are miserable. You deserve better. You deserve and Man that belongs to you. Not one you have to share.

Why are you lowing your standards you a great women with alot to offer and you need to find yourself so you found a guy you can love but that's no enough you needed to find a man that loves you back....
and you needed a guy that most earn your love not you most earn his.....

You guys are clearly both screwed up and probably deserve each other. Hes been getting the milk free of charge for 10yrs and he won't commit unless you become confident and dump him. Say your dumping him because he lacks commitment, not because of his ex-wife....you'll never win that arguement. If he comes back begging ask him, "Are you just doing this to feel needed by me?" If he doesn't come back then your probably better off.
