It doesnt sound very good. It doesnt flow. Instead try one of these:

On the wall hung a blue picture.

The blue picture hung on the wall.

On the wall hung a picture, it was blue.

On the wall hung a picture, it was all blue.

Grammatically its not ideal.

On the wall hung a picture, blue in color.

One the wall hung a picture, of which the color is blue.

A blue picture hung on the wall.

Those all work.

it would be easier to say,
"on the wall hung a blue picture"

Otherwise it just doesn't sound like a normal sentence - is this for poetry or something?

even if that's an older television you are able to nicely be using element cables and the pink cable has come loose. in the experience that your are seeing this with the set's equipped-in tuner, then some thing has exceeded off to it that could no longer difficulty-free to fix. There are not any sepearate lamps for pink eco-friendly ånd blue.
