you got to much humidity in the air, get a humidfier, on sale at target, buy one get one free!
also, try tossing it in the dry with tons of dryer sheets
mine did the same thing, didn't work but it might for you!

Spray it with 3M Static Guard. Also you can spray it with clean distilled water and lay it sprayed side down on the carpet to discharge any static electricity. Try to use all cotton linens and sleeping attire, especially the flat sheet between you and the blanket.

Get rid of the blanket ,get one that is 100% wool or mixed
cotton and wool ,
poly ,nylon and other man made fabrics may look pretty , but not so good when it come to using then,

use liquid fabric softener in the washing machine and tumble dry with 3-5 fabric softener sheets.....works every time for me

yep,, I do mine in cold water with cold water detergent and I have a place to hang mine outside to dry,, then tumble lightly but with no heat of very low heat
