cant delete history of sites that i typed in. if letters are the same when typing in old sites come up?

if im looking for something if i start using the same letters of an old site, that old site pops up.ive tried internet options to delete cookies and files.want to delete them so noone else can see what ive typed in for example, if i start typing the word blue,if ive already typed in a word that starts with bl, those things come up underneath it.

You have to clear your history.
Click on Tools, then Internet Options, then in the History section, click Clear History.

You can delete history by going to Tools>Internet Options>Delete History. Deleting cookies isn't the same. You can also delete what you type into search engines like Google and Yahoo by deleting 'Forms'

You need to clear you browser history. Assuming you are using Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options. By default it goes to the General tab. click on Clear History and Delete Files

Go into internet option, click content and then auto complete settings and uncheck save web addresses.
