how come when im on my period and i laugh or stay still for a while then suddenly move i fell my period comming down heavy and i feel like im gonna leak? is anyone else like this? and if u know ...why is it like this?

Your flow puddles in the curves of your uterus. And when you move it moves the puddle or pushes it through the cervix.

yes i get that too sometimes, not when i laugh that much but when i am still i can feel it sometimes.
Not sure why it happens though but if you feel that a lot is coming out it may only be a little bit. just change ur pad etc. regularly and you'll be alright
