Check the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) website at

http://www.prc.gov.ph

However the website is currently having problems. I do not know why. You can try calling the nearest PRC office in your hometown.

The PRC is incharge of all government licensure exams. If the website is still not available, try searching in Yahoo or Google.
