Rush Hour 3 is due out in August '07. I believe they have started filming on it already, or will start very soon (no later than the Spring).
He is probably at home in Georgia during the off-filming time. He has a comedy club in Atlanta.
I've heard rumors (that I'm trying to get an answer to myself) that he has gotten saved or is a preacher now and as a result has become very careful about the roles he accepts. Hope some of this helps. (If you hear anything about the preacher thing, let me know!) ;o)
