Scientists are not certain of this sort of speculation. However, not too long ago, if you would even imagine space travel, much less to the moon, people would have thought you were crazy.
With our current technology, we have just barely been able to hypothesize about other dimensions. So far this concept is a purely mathematical concept defined by quantum theorists. These dimensions, as hypothesized, are thought to be on the quantum level (ultra microscopic or super subatomic) in size. There are other ideas that suggest that there could be other dimensions sized more to our ideas of size, but this is just speculation. Could other life forms exist in these dimensions, both large and ultra microscopic? Absolutely. but there is not evidence to support this idea - - at this time.
Quantum physicists are discovering that our reality, or human experience, may be more radical than we could ever imagine . . . so yes, all things are possible.
Most of our modern technology was formed in science fiction before, so why not!

Yes. It is true. I would stake my life on it. There are aliens in other dimensions or in other parts of the Universe.
Quite frankly, if you realize the relative size and shape of the Universe, you would be throughly euphoric at the possibility of Alien life. Although it hasn't be discovered.
