Can you recommend any over the counter medicines, herbs etc to help enhance my sexdrive?

There's something called maca that's supposed to help. It's some root from Peru. People from there swear by it. Otherwise, you might talk to your doctor about it. Some women who are estrogen dominant have this trouble. A little testosterone does the trick. Unfortunately, many doctors won't prescribe it. You could also try taking MSM which is supposed to help balance the hormones. Maybe this will help your estrogen dominance. Remember, you need estrogen, but you need a little testosterone too.

I have only natural remedies, like mustard, garlick, and a big no-no to processed food. But the best natural remedy is, wait until you turn 40 (or when you are in your mid 30's). Good luck

yeah 40's are the best. I have more drive now then when i was in my twenties. all kidding aside. just see a doctor it might be an imbalance in hormomes. a smiple bloodtes should do the trick

start taking black gulash(gulagh) i know you've herd of vit b but only take it by itself with the gulagh dont take any other vit's with it..it takes a few weeks or even a month but it will work. the only other thing is "spirallina" from seaweed or kelp......................
