Certain males grow breast by surgical methods or hormonal treatment but keep their male sex organ penis intact, grow long hair & do all makeup of females including wearing female clothes are knows as shemales.These are aslo called transexuals are very common community in certain western countries .

Sometimes, it is a person who was born a hermaphrodite (an animal or plant having both male and female reproductive organs), and leans toward a feminine identity while having an intact, functional penis or a clitoris so enlarged that it looks like a penis.
If you are asking because someone called you (or someone else a she-male), it could have just been an ignorant hateful remark, similar to a heterosexual male being called a "******" or "queer" by someone who's just trying be hateful or mean.

Actually to clarify for those commented as well..A She-Male is in fact a GUY who dresses and looks like a woman but they KEEP the male organ....The she-male will most often times have boob jobs too... A transexual is a male who went through the operation and cut the organ off..

i am a crossdresser and the term she male is applied very broadly to describe men who dress or look like women. mostly it used in th **** industry to describe men who have had surgery to look more feminin hile retaining their male menitals. howeve you use the term it is derogatory and insulting we are not she-males we are people
