it's usually said to a girl to put her down (make her feel like a slut). they are saying the girl has been with so many men that her v@gin@ is so loose and stretched out that if any man stuck his pen!s in there, it would be like throwing a hotdog down a hallway. i suppose it could mean the same thing for a homosexual male, as well. ...*i'm not implying that you are gay*

When a girl is so slutty that she is worn out, her vagina has been stretched beyond pleasure for the man. The "sensation" felt by the male is to be considered the same as "throwing a hotdog down a hallway"

It refers to a woman who has been around. Indicating that her "part B" is over used so that when you insert "part A" it barely touches, like a hot dog in a hallway. That's as polite as I can say it.
