A subpoena is not the proper vehicle; what you need is a garnishment, which you can get if there exists a legal judgment that he should be paying you support of some kind. If there are children involved, your state's child protective services organization can handle the details for you; just tell them as much as you know and they will take care of it for you.

Why don't you have an attorney? you can type a subpoena yourself and send it in the mail to his job. It's best to get an attorney to do it though. all you do is put his name with defendant under it, your name with Plaintiff under it, on the left hand side of the page, the case # and rule 34A subpoena on the right hand side of the page. Then put TO: his job name and address under
defendant name. look up Rule 34A in your county and state on the internet to write the rules and you can get that at your courthouse. Hope this help otherwise e-mail me and I'll see if I can get some more info. for ya.

Hmmm... I agree with the others. If you received a child support judgement, you would know who to contact for help with that.
Seems like you're up to no good.

File a case of support in order that the court will order your husband to give you money from his salary.
