Yes, I remember that, except it was Beanie and Cecil. Cecil was the seasick sea serpent and Beanie was his friend who was a boy who wore a cap (the beanie). I was probably 6 years old - something like that.

I used to LOVE this cartoon!!!! When I was a kid they played them in Thailand and it was the only show on in English during it's timeslot (8 p.m!). I still laugh like Dishonest John whenever I do anything villianous ("Nyah-ah-AHHH"). But my all time favourite of the group was Harecules Hare!
