they were great performers!!!! the best!!!! in woodstock, jim morrison (doors), jimmy hendrix and janis joplin were there....also crosby, stills and nash!
freddy mercury was an exceptional musician!!!! i loved all their music (queen).
i grew up with the mamas and the papas music! unforgetable music.
the musicians and performers of that day composed their own music and performed them. i lived their music and still do.

I saw Queen at an open air in the year 1986 (Mannheim, Germany). I was 11 then. It was awesome... the "Kind of magic" tour. There were also Level 42, Marillion and Gary Moore. The festival lasted all day.
