Im being harrassed by a neighbor. He is going to my manager, and the authorties saying Ive abonded my home and my pet, I was a t work, any chance he gets he fabricates a complaint about me. What do I do

Thats harrassment.Tell the police he's interfering with you Job.Tell you r boss this too.

File a case against your neighbor for harassing you so that he will stop doings things that offends you.
