Indias past was very eventful.....India was invaded by many commmunities and countries....It is all easy to say and ask for something...Today Indias condition is bad because of us...we the citizens have to take up the job of improving it in moral,social as well as cultural aspect..reaching Japans level will take a lot of time.....India wont become Japan if u want it...its u who has to do it..we blame the constitution for Indias drawbacks but think what have we done to improve our country.....I know what we do..--we do not pay income tax,bribery,corruption,breaking rules...we do all this and blame our country for this....

There are lots of factors that justifies this difference.Some of them are as below
- Industrial Development plays very big role in development of any nation. There is a tendency of our peoples that they thinks after getting educated I should get any nice job in any company get permenent at there and rest of life will be so easy!!
and there are lots of multinational companies who are ready to hire the brains of such intellegent peoples of India.
This is a big reason that our India dont have more companies of our own peoples while the our Indians which are having too huge industries are settelled in other countries thus our peoples are giving mony to those products which are manufactured by outsiders thus our mony(Rupee) is flowing out side Then how could our country get developed?? Also now a days our Goverments are likely to create new policies to invite such a multinational companies.
Solution for this all things is that we have to support our deshi companies(like Relience) and youth people should not think about jobs to hire their brain for others they should tend to establish our own industries in our country so that Goverment should not need to Invite Industries from other companies.

--Centralisation of Intelegence:
If you observed carefully you will find that there is not uniformity in development in our country. all facilities and policies are centralised at very few cities of our India(like Mumbai, Delhi, Calcata, Chennai, etc) Reason for this situation is as below-
There are lots of students comes to Mumbai, Calcata, Delhi for a study from their small cities or hometowns. They takes very nice healthy knowledge from this cities but after study these peoples do not shows interest to return to their hometown and develope their own place by the knowledge they have taken in these big cities. They do not thinks that if I develop my own city and in future if I made all that education facilities in my own country then other peoples from my country will not need to come at such a long distances for study. But they donot thinks this and stays here only and increasing load on that city only.
I will give one example to justify this, Relience India is the biggest industry in india but its center is at Mumbai. this company has developed many things in Mumbai whatever they have done in Mumbai is very great they are providing energy, now a day they are going to launch metro trains in Mumbai. but alongwith this all things why dont they developed any city in Gujarat where can be having same facalities as that have been provided in Mumbai.
Like this every one from other states if thinked that I will have to develope atleast my own hometown(whether it be bihar up or else) this will make uniformity in development.

like this there are lots of reasons that are resisting development of our country. Thus our country needs very big revolution in system which is not possible due to our political system

i know this because my friend is working in japan
he even tells me that a metro train driver who makes late for even one minute keep on asking excuse to al the customers entering the train .they are that much honest.
