Please tell me the controls of pokemon light game?

I downloaded a free pokemon game from http://www.download.com/Pokemon-Light/3000-7538_4-10566393.html?tag=lst-0-3

The name of the game is "Pokemon Light"
It is surely a good game but I am not familiar with the controls. I am also not familiar with acapturing pokemons, defeating gym leaders and team rocket in the game. The person who gives me accurate and detailed info about it will receive 10 points (his answer will be chosen as a best answer by me)

Well I can't say I know how either? I tried it myself and can't do it but I will continue to try!
