I am sord of under weight for my age and height. I'm 17yrs and 5'1 weight 100lbs. It's not my fault though. I eat halethy foods and I excersize and I even had a nutritionist tell me some foods I can eat to help encourage weight gain but nothing worked. But I was wondering if there was a way (besides plastic surgery) to increase my breast / bust size ? I deas anyone ?

No, you cant increase your breast size by consuming any pills or by physical exercise. If you are already doing heavy physical exercise or play games like tennis, your breast size may reduce a bit. Short of surgery, there is no solution.
You are just 17 and so have a couple or so years yet to grow. Maybe you would improve your breast size before natural growth stops. However, if you can put on some weight, your breasts would also grow. It is good that you are trying to gain weight.
You may be aware that women with huge breasts have severe backache, and their breast sag is more prominent than those with smaller breasts, when they grow older. So please count your blessings, and be happy with what you have. Bigger is not always better!

There are some bust exercises you can do that is suppose to enlarge your bust size but you'd have to do them everyday.
Put your hands above your head so your hands are entwined.
Bend your elbows a little so they're comfortable.
Pushing palms against one and other notice how your breasts bounce slightly.
Do this for a count of 10 then relax and repeat.
Once you've done like 50 sets your breasts will ache.
Repeat the next day and they will soon grow a whole cup size.
Stimulating nipples on a regular basis like 3 times a day for 10 minutes is suppose to increase blood circulation to that area and those forming rapid growth. Got nothing to lose.

If you can't gain weight, then there is not much you can do since boobs are all fat, and you will have to get a little fatter to gain some fat on your boobs. Try a push-up bra. No one will ever know, and you will have confidence wearing your "new boobs" around. Trust me, big boobs are not at all what they are cracked up to be. I was a 36C, but I started eating and stopped smoking, and stopped working out 4 hours a day. And guess what, I went up to a 38DD and now I can't wear cute tops, tank tops, bikini tops, and other cool stuff. So be glad. But if I could, I would give you some of mine!

You are not underweight. There is no way to increase your breast size short of breast implants.
