You are just stressed out dude. There is nothing wrong with masterbation, 3 billion guys do it. You can too. It is not sinful, sin is a manmade concept, and besides the bible does not say that masterbation is wrong, just some religious teachers, with no basis in the bible. It does not make you have acne, premature ejaculations, grow hair, make you blind or shrink your penis. If so, we'd have 3 billion blind men in the world with hairy palms and tiny tims. Just enjoy the fact that you can function now as a man, you are maturing and can enjoy yourself all you want, it is safe and healthy and lets you explore your sexual self.

Masturbation has no side effects. As for it taking "a day to go up up up again," this is called the refractory period. This is normal, as you get older, you will find that this takes less time, allowing you to ejaculate several times per day. Of course, once you reach middle age, this time period will begin to increase again, but at 14 you really don't need to worry about that yet....
