Is there a such thing as "too many beers" while watching football? If you're at home sitting on your couch, I don't see the problem. Drink up.
If you really think you should stop, try alternating beer and water. Don't have another beer until you've finished a bottle of water. Not only will you drink less, the the water will soften the effects of the beer.

take a seat at abode ALL DAY. possibly make my dad a birthday card, consume some Halloween candy, watch the nutrition community, purchase some Christmas songs on Itunes, carry out a little yoga workouts, and help my dad rake leaves.
