If you are lactating its likely clogged milk ducts. You should remove them; pull them out, nurse your baby, pump, whatever you must do. Warm moist heat such as a shower and massage help too. Clogged ducts can lead to mastits, a nasty painful infection of the breast.
However, if its while bumps of skin on the areold they are called montgomrey;s tubercules and they are perfectly normal, especially in pregnancy.

After I had my daughter this happened to me. I don't know if it was exactly the same but it kind o hurt and it felt like the milk was a bit clogged. As gross as this may sound, I picked them out, it hurt but after they were out I felt so much better and the milk flowed better too. Check with your doctor to be sure that it isn't an infection or anything, I just did that because the nurses were always busy and it hurt bad.

If it's just a couple, it just might be oil glands. No big deal at all.
