I'm a high school student, and everytime I talk to my friends or to my classmates, I can't make a conversation. I want to express my feelings or to tell them what I think but I can't. I feel like something is always stuck in my mouth or my brain that makes me couldn't say anything.sometimes if i talk, they can't understand what am i saying because my words are blabbering(can't pronounce the words well and words can't come out in my mouth!!) (am i shy? i really don't know) can anyone give me an advice on how to make a conversation to them and how to talk straghtly to them.

I have the same problem. I know for a fact that I'm shy or they will judge me, and not like me, and sometimes I let those fears get the best of me. Just relax and think to yourself that you're worth it and they want to hear what you say. You will, unfortunately, never make everyone happy and you have to be happy with that. Just remember deep breaths, smile, and you're worth it.

you're in high school. an adolescent. it's that time in your life when everything's so confusing. don't worry too much about it. believe me, you're not alone in this :)

maybe it would help if you try having conversations with your closest friends first. build up your self confidence. or you can just listen in on conversations with your other friends.. don't pressure yourself to say anything.. just listen. when you find that you have an interesting thought.. then just say it. don't just say things so that you can impress them.. or just so you can join the conversation. lessen the pressure and soon things will be more natural for you :)

good luck!

Take your time when answering. And stop being so hard on yourself. Yes, you might be shy but you still have alot to offer as a friend.

Take a deep breath, speak calmly. You'll be ok.
