Some how! not sure what happened or how to fix it, but when I click on the file, edit ect... toolbars?

they are invisible until i scroll down them, never had this happen to me before so I'm not quite sure what to do or where to go as to fix this problem. ahhhhh! sure could use your help!

If you are talking about the menu bars in Word for example, just right click anywhere on the Toolbar - Cstomize - make sure Always show full menu is selected
