B, I'm not feeling the facial hair in A, and you look a little chubbier in that picture too....
You have really sexy eyes, BTW and you are cute in both, but I think that if you just got rid of the facial hair, or have it trimmed closer atleast. And maybe cut your hair shorter you would look WAY hotter. Also you could think about getting a facial, I know guys that get them so it's not big deal and it will give your skin that more youthful glow again. Oh and you might already know this, but just incase you don't, if you drink ALOT of water everyday, like 10 glasses or more it helps to hydrate your skin and make you look younger too. Okay Hope I Helped You, I'm stressed about aging too.

B is better. But A is not ugly by any means. You're getting older and losing that "boyish charm" and growing into a more mature look. Removing your facial hair would definetly take some of the age away, by the way.
