In the recent X-Men comics, not only did Scott Summers and Emma Frost have a psychic affair while he was still married to Jean, but they started sleeping together when Jean's corpse was still warm (metaphorically speaking)!!!! I found it to be disgusting and immoral on more levels than I knew I had. How did you react to all this happening?

The writers are trying to show that mutants(and comic book heroes) can be "human" too. Even comic characters can lose a grip on morality.

Well, to me Jean was dead for years, the Phoenix thing was using her as a shell.
Being with her was the equivalent of Scott being married to an ocean wave or a spring storm, it could not be.
Part of being human is sometimes having to change partners because a mistake in choice was made, such is the case with Scott and Jean.

I don't read comics but I think that is giong to far because smaller kids also read thoese comics and don't need to be reading junk like that.

That is why I like to stick to DC. You only get those really disgusting situations from the ones you want and expect it from - the villains.
