i'm disgusted that you would even suggest something like this!!
i work in a trauma unit in a very large hospital. we have so many people that pass away here and choose to donate their organs to save lives.
you want to earn money-get a decent paying job!!!
you want to save lives with your organs-become an honest organ donor.
you have no clue what goes into donating your organs-and selling them is illegal by the way.....

How should it be cooked?
Don't you know about tissue typing etc. Kidneys are not like batteries, you cannot just swap with anyone. Not only a bad thing to do but stupid as well.
