Definitely X-Files. At least up until season 7. It's not like it totally sucked after that, but it got repetitive and totally lost its originality. Before, X-Files was like the most compelling show on TV for me. It drew me to keep watching unlike anything else ever has before. I pretty much love anything on Sci-Fi. But X-Files owns.

M*A*S*H. No other series has had the success. They ended the show on top too; they could've continued on a few more seasons.
