I've heard of people getting their nipples pierced to make them stick out if they were inverted.
Cleopatra had inverted nipples, she cut hers open and placed tiny stones under them. I wouldn't suggest doing that but I thought i might make you feel better to know one of the most beautiful women in the world had them too ^^.

The after picture doesn't look any different to me! Looks like a waste of money and means you probably won't be able to breastfeed in the future.

You could also try those breast pumps for a few minutes each day.
I don't know your age, but if you're quite young your nips have a pretty big chance of fixing themselves as you mature.
I wouldn't worry about it - men think they're kinda cute.

First of all there are creams you can buy to stimulate the nipples before sex but that would be temporary. Do you have children? When you are pregnant, obviously your breasts enlarge and especially if you breast feed alot of times that corrects the problem for good. No surgery required.
