I actually think quite a rew are. I taught school, and could tell the difference between male and female writing, as a general rule. Five or six really stand out as imposters.

Lots of men pose as women as lots of people have troll accounts.
Just can't 100% trust anything unless it's yourself.

*shrugs* There are probably men pretending to be women, women pretending to be men, people pretending to be of another race or culture, people pretending to have another hair and/or eye color, virgins pretending to not have their virginity, people without their virginity pretending to have it, adults pretending to be kids, kids pretending to be adults, single people pretending to be married, married people pretending to be single, etc. etc. etc. Thanks to internet anonymity, there is really no way to tell who is real and who is fake. Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell both could probably be on here right now, and unless YA makes it known, none of us will ever know.
