laziness. plain and simple. if people really wanted to do better for themselves then they would shovel crap if they had to. but they wont....they wait for the goverments help.

its because the American system was design to keep the rich rich and the poor poor. if your not born with wealth it could take you your whole life to acquire some wealth. America thrives off of poor people. they need poor people to do all the dirty work. low wages,high cost of living,and paying so much taxes on everything, these are the factors that affects ones success economically.
