Drink lots of cranberry juice. The acid will start killing the infection until then.

Not really. The "UTI pills" are an antibiotic. You could try and drink more water. I know it doesn't make sense because you will just have to go to the bathroom more, but it flushes the system of the bacteria that are causing the pain in the first place. But you really need to be taking the antibiotic to treat it.

Drink lots of water-every time you go to the bathroom you are flushing out bacteria, so the more you drink the more you go, etc. Also, drink some cranberry juice, and take some motrin.

You need to go to urgent care or ER and get this treated. You can take pain meds for the pain but go get this treated now before it spreads to your kidneys or blood stream.
