I'm already 19 and guess what, my breasts are as small as an adolecent, flat like a surfboard and I don't know what bra to wear. I have been wearing sports bra for like 6 years and I heard that sports bra will flatten my breasts. And therefore, I would like to buy a bra for myself. I tried wearing thriump bras, size 70A but I couldn't get the breast filled. So what bra should I wear? I'm sick of sports bra.
And by the way, do hormones pill enhance my breasts?

Sorry, but it's very unlikely your breasts are going to grow at 19. Any flattening or growing that migh have occurred has already happened. Try a push up bra. Learn to love your body the way it is, short of surgery, it ain't changing.

Try a push-up bra otherwize go with implants. But wait just a little while longer. Your breasts may suddenly grow to a D in just a few weeks. You're almost out of the age of breast growth, just wait a little while.

Well there is a size called AA if you're not filling an A cup...I would go to a nicer bra shop (if you have the money) and either ask for a fitting, or just ask someone for help. They're really good about that stuff (it is there job) so don't be embarrassed about it.

Buy a push-up bra. And don't worry about flat breast. Everyone's different.

I have the opposite problem,sorry, but I have friends who buy the t-shirt style bra, that have some shape,or push up bra's with a "chicken fillet" at the bottom of the bra, this is often enough to give a hint of cleavage and definitely gives you some shape.

You need to go to a store like victorias secret or a lingerie store and get professionally fitted for a bra. They will properly measure you and show you what bras will work best for you.

Don't do anything!. Small breast are absolutely adorable. The are simple the best! The same thing goes for flat breast, absolutely adorable!

no pills...never goof for you...a good kind is the ones that cross in front...they are pretty and very comfortable..i have small breasts too....also, in large stores like tj's, the cups are smaller than most stores that soley sell bras...i get them there! good luck

Your breasts will grow significantly right after you get your growth spirt. So when you're 20, you'll have at least a double d cup. Just wait a little while longer , okay?
