Man, this is an awesome time of year for sports nuts like us!
I'm going to have to go with gut instinct, and not necessarily my heart. My heart says Indy and Saints, but my wallet says Pats and Bears.
The Pats are virtual automatics since Brady has been their QB. Their main intangible is their great head coach, Bellichek. He's a quiet, confident coach and his team shares the same characteristics.
The Bears' defense is awesome. You got #54 in the middle of the pack. He's an animal, quick, smart with a killer instinct. Grossman will make enough plays to pull them through. It'll be a physical game, the Bears will squeak it out. Difference is home field advantage and no dome for the Saints.

I love Both teams so it's a little hard. I love the PATRIOTS a lot more. I would say Tom Brady because of how will he pulled through on playing the game against the CHARGERS. If Tom Brady and the Patriots play how they played in that game there's no doubt they'll lose, there defense and offense was the best I have seen yet. I would say the Saints because Reggie Bush is on a roll and Drew Brees knows how to pass I mean come on he's the Passing leader this year. They also have Deuce McAllister!

Patriots and Bears.
Pats because Peyton is a rookie in the playoffs//AFC title match and Brady is a classic veteran with his 4th appearence in 6 years.. while this is Mannings 1st. Plus Brady is thriving for another ring just to show he is still the best QB in the NFL and anyone who opposes can look at his rings.
True Saints have a good run game but the Bears have a dominating defense. Urlacher and the bears d will surely put a stop to the run game fast.
And if Grossman has another game like today the Saints will hold very little chance

Even with the game in Indianapolis, Ihave to go Patriots. They are still good enough to get the job done and whenever people say theirrun is over, they proove everyone wrong!
I like the Saints, simply because they are electric on offense and have had such a great positive mojo going all year.
Pats vs. Saints in the Bowl... I have not come up with a winner of that game yet... I'm sure I;ll answer many of those questions next week!

thats not a bad pick. I picked the Colts and Saints, but that could change because the pats never let me down. The game isn't until a week from now. I just think the Colts r hungry. Im going to do this pool, and I know everyone picked the Colts, so I might make it interesting. Oh yeah the Saints will win. They have too. They have too much heart not to.

Patriots and Bears, just like '85
Brady and Pats have Colts beat before they play and Bush and Deuce will have a hard time running against Urlacher and Company and dont forget to keep your eyes on Devin Hester whenever he touches the ball, record for returns for touchdowns need you say more..............and then in the super bowl, dust off your old super bowl shuffle videos cause the outcomes going to be the same as '85, Bears all the way

pats just dont like to win in the rca dome for some reason.. maybe because PEYTON IS TOO GOOD. plus they have collectively the best receiving core in the nfl to add to peytons godliness. reggie marv and dallas clark are very good. the josef addai is coming into his own. so colts are going to win.
and the bears arent even that good. urlacher wasnt a force in his last game, rex grossman looks like hes 12 and plays even worse. devon hester is their best player. not to mention that drew brees threw for the most yards this year and he has the heisman trophy winner from last year along with another first round draft pick RB. so they are gonna take it to the bears.
saints vs. colts
colts win if they stop the run. everyone says that.. every week its colts win if they stop the run, colts win if they stop the run... well they dont stop the run, and they still win. so they prove that you can win even when u average 4 yards a carry against you.
saints win if they stop peyton, reggie, marv, and dallas clark. not many teams have done that...
colts all the way!!

I'm more stunned by the Chargers getting knocked off than the Eagles. I had them as the SB champs this year.
My revised predictions are:
AFC Patriots
NFC Bears
Champs: Patriots
